Hello,
I'm writing you to let you know that unfortunately the landlord and I, could not come to any agreement on the needed Salon repairs.

I have had to relocate,

The landlord put an Eviction Notice on the door a week after I moved out? I guess that letter was to protect himself from lawsuits…

The city officials had to come out and condemn the building because of the mushrooms growing through the ceiling and the mildew under the floorboards. The smell of the mildew fumes became so overwhelming.
It was a health hazard for my clients and myself, so I decided to move out.

I don't see it as a loss per se; It was a wake-up call, from losing my clients and my health.

Overall I am good, moving forward and ready for this new chapter.
