Gina has been a stylist for about 5 years. She specializes in sew-in weft and K-tip extensions, blonding services, and Qiqi smoothing treatments.

She loves creating dimensional, lived-in color and seamless extensions that are low-maintenance and customized for each guest.

She is the co-owner of Beauty and the Bond, and is super passionate about creating a space where her clients feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of. She truly cares about the relationships she builds in her chair just as much as the hair itself.

Her goal this year is to continue growing her extension and blonding clientele, keep leveling up her skills behind the chair, and learn and practice as much bridal hair as possible.

Olivia has been a stylist for 2 years!! She specializes in lived in blondes. She loves making other women feel beautiful. Her goal for this year is to keep growing her clientele and to learn hair extensions!

So excited for today’s feature!! Jenine is a bad ass gym owner! I asked her a few questions so you can all get to know a bit more about her and how amazing she is.



What sets your gym apart from others?

Fit Formula is a lifestyle gym focused on strength, metabolism, and long-term health. We’re not just about workouts. We help people rebuild the foundation of their health so their body starts working with them instead of against them. The community we’ve built is everything. It’s supportive, empowering, and built for real life not quick fixes.

How long have you been in this field?

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. My husband Joe and I built Fit Formula together, and it’s been amazing watching it grow into a place where people truly transform their health, strength, and confidence.

What do you specialize in?

I specialize in women’s health and wellness helping women build strength, support their metabolism, regulate hormones, and feel strong in their bodies again. I’m really passionate about helping women rebuild the foundation of their health so they can live longer, healthier lives.

One thing you’d love for everyone to know about you?

Everything I’ve built is homegrown. I was fired from my corporate job in my 30s and that moment completely changed my path. I went on to build a six-figure online business and now I’m co-building another one with my husband. I truly believe when women build a strong foundation—physically and mentally—it can change their entire life.

A goal of yours for this year?

My goal this year is to continue expanding our community and help more women rebuild the foundation of their health while also mentoring other women who want to grow in business and wellness.
