WAYS TO FIGHT FIBROMYALGIA

I have suffered with fibromyalgia since 1998....After seeing many many doctors, changing meds and get needles in my back.. sometimes 10 to 15 at a time...I decided in the new year, it was time to fix it myself...So..here is the results..that could help fellow suffers. First, no sugar, very low carbs...eat organic fruits and vegetables..you don't have to give up your snacks just choose healthy ones ...don't overdo it... Next, vitamins, Garlic for 7 to 10 days with celery juice or stalks ...this will fight the bacteria and clean out .. uric acid.. After all of that...you should start the list below... Remember everyone has a unique body ..so you may need to adjust it.
(2) tablets of Magnesium 400 mg
(2) tablets of Fish Oil 1,000 mg
(2) B12 1,000 mg
(2) Elderberry (50) mg

Anxiety. Some research shows that taking a specific type of lavender oil supplement by mouth might improve symptoms in some people with anxiety. Most research also shows that lavender oil aromatherapy or aromatherapy massage improves anxiety.
Depression. Taking lavender preparations by mouth seems to reduce symptoms of depression. While taking lavender appears to be slightly less effective than the antidepressant drug imipramine, taking the two in combination might have added benefits.
Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea). Lavender oil aromatherapy massages seem to reduce pain associated with menstruation better than regular massages. Also, inhaling lavender oil for the first 3 days of menstruation seems to reduce stomach pain and backache.
Pain after surgery. Some research shows that inhaling lavender essence while receiving pain killers intravenously (by IV) can help reduce pain after a C-section. Other research shows that inhaling lavender for 3 minutes every 6 hours can lessen pain after a tonsillectomy in children 6-12 years old.
