Sara Jo Sumner has always had a passion for resting and relaxing. Growing up, her favorite school subject was naptime, and her favorite sport was daydreaming. In 2016, she began her tutelage in Reiki energy healing, and also attended Goddard College in Plainfield, VT. Within their Health Arts & Sciences program, her primary focuses of study were bodywork, herbal skincare, and ethical cooperative business. Sara Jo then attended the CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. She graduated with honors, passed her MBLEX, and became a licensed massage therapist in 2018. Her approach to her bodywork practice is simple: to curate a safe and comfortable environment that fosters revival and relaxation. “The beauty of the human body is that each one is unique.
