What a way to kick off Fourth of July weekend. 🇺🇸🔥

I got a last-minute call to bring the sauna to without really knowing what to expect… and I was absolutely blown away.

An incredible setup, world-class athletes throwing down some of the wildest stunts I’ve ever seen, amazing music, great people, and unmatched energy all weekend.

Even with temperatures pushing 100°, people were still lining up to sweat it out in the sauna, and the cold plunges stayed busy from morning until evening. It was awesome to see so many people making recovery part of the experience.

Huge thanks to and for the invitation and for welcoming Maine Spa Club into the Wellness Village. I’m grateful for all the new friends, conversations, and connections made throughout the weekend.
