These highlights were achieved by using a balayage paddle. This technique does not require putting the hair in foil. The results are more of a natural effect. This technique is much faster than traditional highlights. Depending on the desired results you are trying to achieve will determine the technique.. I used Innersense Pure Brilliance lightener. It is designed to be gentle on the senses (no harsh fumes) and kind to the hair, providing a clean, even lift.
If you're someone who's sensitive to color, this is a great choice. No harsh smell or chemicals. The lighteners are infused with ingredients such as tamanu oil, shea butter, and moringa oil. A much more holistic approach to lightening hair.
