Here is an example of why it is important to know the botanical name of an essential oil. They have different compounds that cause different physiological responses. Just because it says Eucalyptus does not mean ALL are the same.

9. Understanding that with essential oils, less is often more, and using them in excess is not advisable.
10. Recognizing that individual responses to essential oils can vary and that a universal approach may not be suitable for everyone."
