Serving chaotic truths, cold coffee, and a desperate, beautiful devotion to my next nap. Welcome to the Mom life you didn’t know you needed!

Have a seat and get comfortable! ♥️

I don’t know about your house, but the "January Jumpstart" has officially drained the batteries!

We’ve had more after-school naps this week than we had all Christmas break. There is something so sweet (and let’s be honest, peacefully quiet!) about seeing them work so hard to get back into their routine that they just crash the second they hit the couch. 🛋️

It’s a good reminder for us, too. When the world gets busy and the schedules get full, it’s okay to pause, breathe, and rest in Him.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 📖✨

We officially survived the first week back! Now, who’s turning in “early” this stormy Friday night? 🙋‍♀️ 🛏️

How many "after-school zombies" did you have on your couch this week? 💤

If you’ve been quiet like me, welcome back to the light!

After weeks of holiday haze and "what day is it?" energy, we are officially staring down the first school day of 2026 tomorrow.

My goal this year isn't just about better schedules or cleaner counters. It’s about my heart. 🩷

Before the backpacks are zipped and the coffee is cold, I'm trying to start here:

"But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." — Matthew 6:33 📖

Normalcy is creeping back in, and I’m actually ready for it. Let's run into this week with purpose, grace, and maybe a little bit of leftover Christmas sparkle. ✨

We’ve got this, Mamas! 💪🏼

What is one way you’re making space for peace as the busy schedule starts back up tomorrow?

Checking in! 🙋‍♀️ If you haven’t seen me in a week, just know I’ve been deep in the holiday trenches.

I’ve officially reached the "What day is it?" stage of December.
Between school parties, hunting for the tape that someone hid, and trying to keep more than one tiny human from peaking at the presents, my phone was the last thing on my mind!

If you’ve been quiet too, consider this your permission slip to just be present in the mess.
It’s hectic, it’s loud, and it’s a little bit crazy, but it’s ours.
We are making the magic happen, Mamas—even if we're doing it in messy buns and yesterday's coffee!

Friday Night: Mission accomplished. My brain is soup, but the weekend is here. 🥳

After juggling back-to-school routines, Christmas deadlines, and somehow managing to find matching socks all week, we have officially made it to the finish line!

December weeks are a marathon, not a sprint, and you conquered another one.

Now, let the Christmas music play loudly while we pretend the laundry doesn't exist. You deserve this rest, warrior! 💪🏼

What's the absolute first thing you are doing to celebrate making it to the weekend?

12/07/2025

No one talks about how quickly Sunday night quiet descends after a full, chaotic weekend.

No one talks about the mental download of the week ahead, the secret prayer for five more minutes of peace, or the tiny, quiet victories we claim when everyone is finally asleep.

It's the moment we recharge, reflect, and silently prepare to do it all again.

You're seen, mama. 🥰

You're doing incredible work in the moments no one sees. 💪🏼

What's one "no one talks about" truth of your mom life that you wish more people knew?

Friday Night Status: We made it! And my heart is overflowing. ✨

Another week conquered. 💪🏼

If you've survived festive chaos, holiday dress-up days, and your kids' relentless energy, you've earned a medal (or at least a long, hot bath).

I am so incredibly grateful, thankful, and blessed for these beautiful lives.

Remember, you are strong, you are resilient, and you are creating magic every single day. 💫

Now go rest, you've earned it! 🥱

What's one thing that made you smile today amidst all the chaos?

12/04/2025

Happy Wednesday! We're halfway through the week, and fueled by 90% Christmas spirit, 10% coffee. 🦸‍♀️

They say moms don't wear capes, but have you seen us in December?
Juggling school routines.
Christmas dress-up days.🎄
Convincing tiny humans that that outfit is indeed appropriate for school. 🫠

You are a commander of this beautiful chaos! 🫡 💪🏼

Keep dashing, Mama!
You're making magic happen in this festive whirlwind. 💫

We have officially entered the "Rush, Rush, Rush" December vortex! December should definetely have a few extra days.🌪️

The speed at which we pivot from Thanksgiving coma to full-throttle Christmas is simply a testament to every mom's superhuman powers.

We’re juggling back-to-school routines, Christmas dress-up days, a full workday, and pumping Christmas music into the chaos.

It's work, it's fun, it's exhausting, and you are nailing every single minute of this magnificent mess.

You are the engine that runs this season!💪🏼

Chaotic Affirmation: What part of the early December chaos is your favorite? (I vote for the Christmas music 🎄🎼... that's my fuel!)

Happy Iron Bowl, Chaos Warriors!

Roll Tide!! 🏈🐘❤️

This Saturday is the ultimate test of a mom's ability to multitask: managing game day excitement, refereeing kid energy, and pretending you got more than 3 hours of sleep. The last week of college football regular season is pure adrenaline, but remember, your strength isn't just about cheering. It's about finding that tiny bit of inner peace (or a stealthy nap) right in the middle of all the noise. You're an MVP every single day. 💪🏼

Chaotic Affirmation: What small moment of zen did you manage to steal today amidst the game day (or just regular Saturday) chaos?

Happy Thanksgiving!

My heart (and oven) are so full. ❤️

Today is a marathon of love, laughter, and serious kitchen magic. We're cooking all day, creating those perfect family moments, and doing it all with a heart bursting with gratitude.🧡🤎

Thankful for my amazing husband, my incredible kids, the very best friends who feel like family, our health, and the ability to work hard for days like these.

It's chaotic, it's exhausting, and it's absolutely everything. 🥰

Chaotic Confession: What's the one dish you secretly hope disappears first so you don't have to look at it anymore?

Happy Wednesday!

My kitchen is a battlefield, but the turkey is winning. 🦃🏆🧡

If your Thanksgiving prep feels like an extreme sport involving flour, toddlers, and a desperate search for the gravy boat, congratulations—you're doing it right! 👏🏼

This is the heart of the holiday chaos, and you're navigating it like a pro.
Remember: every spilled ingredient, every messy 'helper,' is just adding flavor to your amazing family memories.

You're creating magic amidst the madness!

Chaotic Affirmation: What small, chaotic victory did you achieve in your kitchen today? (Mine was successfully getting a lid back on the sugar container.)

11/25/2025

If parenting during a holiday break feels like starring in a perpetual, never-ending dinner theater where everyone is hungry and nobody knows their lines, you are not alone. 🫠🫠

This is the Tuesday wall.
We're retreating for five minutes of silent contemplation, but remember: We are just days away from that glorious turkey coma, a day off work, and the beautiful, imperfect joy of family. 🧡
Keep pushing, warrior! We'll emerge recharged... maybe. 💪🏼

Chaotic Confession: What's the best hiding spot you've used since the kids got out of school?
