We’re going to let them dry for one more week before we start cutting them, so now is the perfect time to reserve yours! 🧡

Green Salsa

Simple, fresh, and so good on just about everything!

Ingredients:
- 5 tomatillos, unhusked & cleaned
- 2 jalapeños (or your favorite pepper) 🌶️
- 1 bunch cilantro 🌿
- 3 garlic cloves 🧄
- ¼ onion 🧅
- Salt, to taste 🧂

📍 STEP 1:
Roast your cleaned, de-husked tomatillos for a few minutes. You can also boil them if you prefer! When they start turning a dull green, they’re ready to go.

📍 STEP 2:
Roast or boil your peppers at the same time until they change color and soften.

📍 STEP 3:
Add your tomatillos and peppers to a blender along with the onion, garlic, and cilantro.

📍 STEP 4:
Blend until smooth, then add salt to taste.

Serve it over your favorite dishes!
Tacos • Rice • Sandwiches • Eggs • Burritos • Basically EVERYTHING
