Rules and Pricing

Rules:

- We understand unexpected life circumstances happens and you may have to cancel from time to time. Cancellation policy is, you must cancel within 24 hours from your initial booked time of your appointment!

- If you fail to cancel within 24 hours or you fail to call and no show the FIRST time you will be charged $20 for your next rescheduled date. The SECOND time you will be charged $30. The THIRD you will no longer be rescheduled OR pay a non refundable deposit of $30.

- Be on time! If you are running late please make us aware. If you fail to make us aware and it’s more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged an addition $5 dollar late fee! Time is precious and it does not need to be wasted on lateness.

- We do not allow outside shoes in our home. Therefore, you either must take them off prior to entering or wear disposable shoe covers.

Pricing:

1. For starters locs:
Short hair (above the neck): $120
Long hair (neck and below): $165
We don’t do thin or fine hair.

2. ReTwists:
Short hair (above the neck): $60
Long hair ( shoulder and below): $100

3. Wash and Detox:
Wash: additional $20
Detox: additional $50

4. Hair oil
one 5oz bottle: $10

Appointment Availability:
Thursday’s: only a select dates
Friday’s: All day with the understanding of picking up my child from school
Sunday’s: All day with the lasted booked appointment at 2:00pm.
