Yesterday in the studio was heavy in a way that stays with you.

I had three clients come in for memorial tattoos. Each honoring someone they love who passed by su***de. Mothers sharing stories of their babies… from childhood memories to their final days. There were tears. Theirs and mine.

Moments like that remind me why I do this.

This space isn’t just about tattoos. It’s about holding room for people to feel. To talk, to remember, to grieve, to laugh, to cry, to just BE without judgment. Yesterday we played music they chose, we shared stories, we hugged, and we created pieces of art that will live with them forever.

It’s never just a tattoo…
It’s connection. It’s healing. It’s memory. It’s love carried in the skin.

I started tattooing because of my love for art but even more because I care deeply about the experience. I want every person who walks into my space to feel safe, especially in moments when life feels overwhelming and out of control.

Sunburn a week or two before your wedding can really throw your skin texture, and balance off! Wear high SPF + opt for a spray tan instead!
