a little life lately from southside — lots of pretty drinks, familiar faces + a few things happening behind the scenes 👀

today’s agenda: serve the girls, check a few things off the list, move some things around & keep building what’s next.

if you’ve been in lately, you may have noticed things are looking a liiiittle… empty. no, we’re not going anywhere. quite the opposite actually. 🤭

anywayssss. that’s all you get for now.

happy sunday from us 🫶🏼

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet today… we’ve been BUSY. 🥹🫶🏼

It’s not even 4 PM and we’ve already done over $800 today. 😭 Southside, you guys are SHOWING UP.

So if you’re wondering what I’ve been doing today… smiling, scrubbing blender stations & trying to keep up. 😂🧽

AND WE’RE NOT DONE YET.

We’re open for another hour and a half, and then we’re packing everything up and heading to Lee’s Summit for a pop-up at the Women’s Gathering tonight at 5:30! 🤍

Seriously — seeing this place busy again, seeing new faces walk through the door, and feeling the momentum building around Southside has been so special.

Today has been GOOD. And there’s a whole lot more coming. 👀

Little Southside update 🖤

This week has been GOOD. Like… really good.

There have been so many new faces walking through our doors lately, and it’s made me even more excited about what we’re building here.

My biggest focus right now is bringing consistency back to Southside — consistency in how we show up, what you can expect from us, and the kind of place we’re creating for this community.

But I’ll let you in on a little secret… consistency doesn’t mean staying the same. 👀

Behind the scenes, I’ve been dreaming, planning, changing things up, and getting ready to take Southside into its next chapter. And over the next month, you may start noticing that things look — and maybe even feel — a little different around here.

We’re building something that feels fresh, intentional, and even more connected to our community.

I can’t tell you everything just yet…

But Southside as you know it is about to get a little upgrade. 🖤

More soon. 👀

THIS one’s for the TEACHERS ✏️📓

They help raise our kids, while taking care of their own.
They are outputting themselves day in and out, even staying late some days to take care of their own kids that need them one on one!

We LOVE our teachers and invite all of you to stop into Southside Nutrition for a Teacher Tuesday Treat ✨😉

Rain Rain Go away, it’s Mega Tea Monday ✨⚡️🤩🤏🏽

We are LOVING the 70 degree weather, but could go without the rain. 🌧️

That hasn’t stopped YOU GUYS though! 🥹

It’s STUDENT SATURDAY and we couldn’t be MORE obsessed ✨🫧

Today’s been POPPING OFF, with Fall Funfest happening in Blue Springs we are loving all the NEW faces coming in! 🥹👏🏽

MY FAVORITE DAY OF THE WEEK ✨💪🏽✅👏🏽⛅️

There’s just something about a Friday morning drink run, seeing familiar faces walk through the door, catching up on everyone’s week & hearing “surprise me today” from across the bar. 😂

If this week has been LONG, consider this your excuse to get out of the house, come hang with us for a minute, and start your weekend with something good in your hand.

See you at the bar, Blue Springs. 🤍
