✨ When to Book Beauty Treatments Around Your Spray Tan ✨

Timing is everything when it comes to achieving that flawless glow! 🧖‍♀️💅

Here’s when to schedule your other beauty appointments to avoid interfering with your tan:

✔️ Pedicures – before your tan (oils + soaking can ruin results!)
✔️ Waxing – 24-48 hrs before
✔️ Facials – at least 2 days before
✔️ Manicures – ideally before, or just be cautious of scrubs + lotions

Sunburns & spray tans: the duo literally no one asked for.☀️🦀

Always wait until your sunburn is 100% healed, 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, before booking your tan. Healthy skin = even, flawless glow. Otherwise...enjoy your custom camouflage. 🫣

When your skin is healing from a burn (aka busy peeling like a croissant 🥐), a spray tan won't stick evenly - and this is the patchy proof.

And that's your spray tan tip for the day. 👏

💧 We love hydration inside the body - but your freshly sprayed glow? Not so much.
After your spray tan, water is basically your clingy ex: avoid it at all costs until your first rinse.

This means:
- No sweating (skip the gym, hot yoga, or mowing the lawn)
- No showers or hand washing marathons
- No crying over your favorite rom-com
- No dishes without gloves (yes, seriously)
- No getting caught in the rain like a Nicholas Sparks movie

Getting wet too soon can cause streaks, blotches, and patches — aka the fast track to a bad tan breakup. Your tan needs quiet time to develop undisturbed.

Once you hit your rinse time, hop in a lukewarm shower for a quick, soap-free rinse. Watch the cosmetic bronzer wash off (it's normal!) - your real glow will continue to develop over the next several hours.

So remember: until that first rinse, water is cancelled. After that? Moisturize, hydrate, and live your glowing life. ☀️

As mentioned in previous post, due do extensive water damage Radiance will be closed for a period of time. We are hoping to have a timeline soon for repairs but Lillian & Luxe Sprayz are a great alternative to UV tanning plus she has many awesome reviews!!! So check her out!!!
