With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel stronger, more balanced, and more at home in their bodies. My work naturally evolved into massage therapy, where I blend movement knowledge, anatomy, and intuitive touch to support relaxation, alignment, and restoration.

I specialize in buccal facial massage, therapeutic bodywork, and myofascial techniques. Every session is personalized, honoring the unique story each body carries.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy time with my sweetheart and adult sons, fishing, dancing, and collecting rocks and minerals—finding inspiration in the natural world and its quiet wisdom.
