Buffalo, New York Business Owners Stand Up to Cuomo Lockdown Orders; Chase Out Sheriff & Health Dept 03/07/2021

When Business Owners know their rights, the Constitution will surely be in their favor. Just remember key notes. No warrant can be obtained for said premises "without" a law First, being broken. A Mask Mandate is not enforceable by Law, therefore, no warrant. And if you didn't catch what he said, it's the single most important thing about being a Small Business Owner in America. "GET OUT! This is Private PROPERTY" You see, government, (just like any scam calls, baiting on that one gullible person that doesn't understand a scam when they see it) will keep doing the same thing to others hoping to land on another victim. Government HAS NOTHING, on you unless you didn't pay your taxes. Otherwise, what you say and do in your business is no way anybody else's concern. And a City Mayor cannot revoke your business license from a STATE issued card. That is dead wrong.

Barbers and Stylists: Finally getting the respect they deserve.
Submitted by: Maria Santa Cruz

A growing number of Barbers and Stylists alike, have raised their prices to compensate for their loss during this Pandemic. To those who indeed raised their prices, may need more time to recover as an unprecedented number of loss from customer base is expected to take a hit.
What was once a dime a dozen arena, customers are coming to terms that the low budget prices of the standard status quo Barber Shops no longer exist as the quality and expertise has moved into a category of caliber all on it's own. Precision cuts, manicured beards and razor defined lines of designs are not a thing of the past. This is a new generation of Barbering and a new found respect well merited.
Since the country wide Lock Down, the essential need for haircuts has been given more credence, giving the Industry a reason to finally be respected as a true Professional in it's own right. Most Professionals in this field undergo stringent schooling that requires more than just technique and mastering their tools, not to mention the gift of gab and intelligent conversation, especially in these divided times. Kudos to those who maintain loyalty to their Barbers despite debatable squabbles.
The industry demands from these Licensed Professionals after passing State Boards, is nothing short of easy by any means. It deems a person of these credentials the knowledge in Bacteriolgy to help determine skin diseases, recognizing certain mites and conditions that could otherwise be contagious. Ruling out whether to continue the service or not. The health and welfare is of a Public concern, it is not all about one's ability to create a perfect haircut as most people would think. It is so much more than that. The state rules on Sanitation and Sterilization is imperative, knowing Anatomy is also required. Ethics, Professionalism, Business Theory, even classes in Psychology because they deal with the general public up close and personal. I personally had noticed and informed clients of a possibility of melanoma. I also recognized my client might have diabetes as something wasn't right and mentioned getting it checked. I don't diagnose, but I take my position seriously. And yes, my client came back 2 months later and thanked me.
Any Industry requiring to go to school, pass State Board Exams and Issued a License to practice while maintaining a clean record from random State Inspections, is in a category right along with Dentistry, Electricians, Plumbers, Mechanics, Physical Therapists, Massage, Sports Medicine and Attorneys. All are recognized as respectable careers, simply because one must have a License to practice.
In closing, the value of a good haircut is priceless and most have experienced at least once in their lives, what the outcome of a bad haircut predetermined by the Price alone can be devastating.
Wouldn't you rather pay top dollars for quality just like you would your Dental needs? Or would you risk a $6 haircut knowing you'll get exactly what you pay for?
Your attitude depends on how you look so looking like a million bucks is quality you can't put a price on!
