Are you ready for the heat? Morel season was good to us this year! My fave was morels and organic asparagus from my garden sauteed in garlic and onion with a gluten free organic buccatini 😋. Next for mushie foraging here will likely be chanterelles and green-quilted russulas ❤️

Happy belated 🌎 day! Which is every day... Celebrated by working the land and NOT being on social media, which I realize isn't the best move for a business owner these days but I believe in being true to yourself, and for me that's shrugging off the pressures to continuously post to be "relevant". So instead I prefer to live in the present and experience the physical world around me, and I share what I think is important. So here's my favorite seasonal lymphatic cleanse, potent so not needed more than once a month during cleaver (Gallium aparine) season, best before they flower, IMO. Very easy and refreshing, just chopped fresh with water and a little lemon juice, let sit cold in a fridge overnight and strain out the plant material. Enjoy! 🌱

If you're in the area, consider checking out the artisan show this weekend! It was fun getting creative with a 1950s chair restoration & paint project, giving old items new life. I love the way herbal infusions bring out the color and gentle fragrances of our beloved plant friends, lovingly harvested and dried. Everything is a process, requiring a balance of patience and attention. Here's a throwback to echinacea purpurea, a recurring hearty perennial ally in my organic garden, making it's way to becoming a key ingredient in Myriad Myco, offering up deep protection, hydration, and collagen support while reducing inflammation to help alleviate a number of skin woes, and acting as an astringent to heal and tighten skin as an aid to the aging process. Costa Rica! We took a much needed recharge before getting into all the amazing herbal classes, creations, and plans ahead for 2026. Highlights included sloth sightings and frequent visits from monkeys enjoying guava and the many fruit trees. Nature is amazing beyond words, and where I feel the most connected and at peace. So grateful for it all, and for all of you! 💓 Now after the warmth and sun, we're back home and getting ready for the upcoming blizzard 🤣
