All right here is my formula for creating a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle: 80 % Nutrition, 20% Exercise and 100% Mindset

80% Nutrition: Like cars need gas to work properly, our body needs micro and macro nutrients to function. When you look at your plate make sure you see protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. The goal is to eat for a purpose, not just for pleasure.

20% Exercise: Exercise is an essential component of living a healthy lifestyle. It is possible for most people to begin exercising on their own at a slow pace. If you’ve never exercised before, start with a 10-minute light workout. A daily walk is a good place to start. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts. Even minor amounts of exercise are preferable to none at all. Begin with an activity that you enjoy and can perform comfortably.
Remember there is no such thing as working out while eating poorly. Indeed, the more you exercise, the more nutrition your body requires to rebuild, replenish, and recover.

100% Mindset: You’ve probably heard the saying “Mindset is everything” well this phrase never made more sense than when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. To create a healthy active lifestyle, you must be emotionally and mentally strong. To be honest the easiest part is eating healthy and exercising, the difficult part is being consistent, and having discipline. We can’t expect not normal results when we are not ready to put in a not normal amount of work. Everything begins inside your mind. With the right mindset you will succeed.
