Coffee dates are looking a little different ☕️

Finally stopped by to try their red velvet latte 👀 (which is gluten free!).
Of course, newborn in tow, this was a necessary road trip from Boston.
Those late nights and early mornings are requiring mass amounts of caffeine.

Looking for an inspired cookie butter latte but you have Celiac Disease? Look no further!!!

I’ve been DYING for a cookie butter latte, but unfortunately with Celiac Disease there’s a big issue there… I can’t have cookie butter 😬 which let me tell you is a tragedy because the pregnancy craving demons are telling me I can handle it.
However, while getting a little walk in at Target, I found gluten free cookie butter! And that’s what has brought us here today…

For the whip you’ll need: (I measure purely based on vibes)
🍪 Brown Sugar
🍪 Vanilla Extract
🍪 heavy cream
🍪 .haus granola butter

Mix with a hand mixer until you’ve reached your desired thickness (I prefer more of a cold foam consistency rather than a frosting consistency)

For the latte:
🍪 cold brew (you can also use espresso and pour over milk of your choice - but ya girl is 9mos pregnant and LAZY)
🍪 sweet cream creamer (God bless )
🍪 vanilla + cookie dough syrups for coffee

Finally, layer the whip on top of your latte and enjoy!!!

Baby countdown is ON!

I’m so happy we were able to make such a full basket of goodies for our labor and delivery team. Now that we’re in the final countdown, I knew that this needed to be done and prepped BEFORE baby girl decided she’s on the way.
Because let’s face it, there’s no way I’d be able to get this done if my water broke and little miss was making her entrance 😂

Wondering what my honest reviews were for the year of 2025?
Well, they may be 3 days late, but the yelp has been well fed this morning and is finally fully updated with 84 coffee, cafe, and location reviews ranging from locations in Boston all the way down to Disney World.

Where I don’t give such an in-depth review in my TikTok’s and Instagram and typically stick to a surface level review of lattes and celiac friendly locations in areas I explore, my yelp has the deep and detailed reviews for every coffee place I visited in 2025 and every coffee place I’ll visit in 2026!!

I can’t thank followers enough for the support, recommendations, and encouragement I’ve been given. This opportunity has been such an amazing journey and I’ve loved all the places it has taken me to just based on how fun it is to get out there and try new things.

A day late but still relevant for the next 363 days of 2026 🫡

I typically take my New Year’s resolutions with a grain of salt and practice a lot of forgiveness on myself, especially this year since I’m going to be a brand new mom and have struggled in the past with how I put so much pressure into getting my New Year’s resolutions right.
This year, I don’t want to reinvent myself. I want to continue with what I’ve been doing, which is healing my body and mind. The “rebrand” of 2026 is simply to be kinder to myself, honor my body (and what it can do), and be the best possible version of myself. Not for anyone else, but for ME.

So instead of resolutions/strict rebranding, the rebrand shall be the goal of being me.

For me, I know that I’m welcoming a whole bunch of new things into my life
- motherhood
- household management
- financial literacy
- and more.

These are just a small handful of what I plan to implement in my new year and in my lifestyle.

Goodbye, 2025 - Hello, 2026!
2025 has been filled with so many highlights! Some loss, some gain, but a whole lot of growth.

From leaving my job in healthcare to taking up a job in athletics, to moving to a brand new city with my best friend and love of my life, to finding out our family is growing in the new year. Yeah… lots of growth is for sure!
