When shopping for prescription sport goggles, beware of inexpensive, non-ASTM certified sport goggles. We recently noticed several non-certified goggles offered for sale on Amazon and the web.

All of our prescription sport goggles are certified by the ASTM for a variety of sports. Certification requires impact testing of the frame, the use of polycarbonate safety lenses specially beveled to fit the frame, with a minimum lens thickness to meet the certification requirements. Several vendors sell both ASTM and non-ASTM sport goggles with non-certified lenses.

Many schools and athletic associations, require ASTM certified eyewear for participation. Sight is precious. Do not risk your vision with a questionable product.
