• What over the counter retinols do we recommend?? •

Dr. Gilbert, Amber Riley APRN, and Rachel Perkins APRN, all recommend these two retinols to help reduce fine lines, improve acne, and dark spots. The best part is, you can can get it at Walgreens or Target. No prescription is needed.

The best time to use this product is at night. A pea size amount is recommended every other night and then gradually work yourself up to every night. Some dryness and sensitivity to the sun is normal! Just don’t forget that SPF 30+

You can expect to see this when you come for a spot check or full body skin exam. It can also be used to examine skin rashes and hair.
