I am so very thankful for my family. They challenge me to be a better wife, mom and friend everyday.

John (my hubby) has been my rock,..my everything. Then there is Courtney and Preston our grown children. They are both married, so I have a son-in-love (Hunter) and a daughter-in-love (Sydney). Plus, I am a GIGI to Carson (my granddaughter and Preston and Sydney baby) who is my world.

I was told I would never have children. But God 😇 had a different plan. John and I prayed for several years for children.

One day GOD told me to go buy a receiving blanket so we could receive our baby 👶. How was I going to tell John this? I knew he was going to think I was crazy.

Well, I told him and off to Walmart we went. The blanket was white and pink. So every time we walked by the blanket we prayed for our baby girl. That was Courtney, our first born. Two years later, our son, Preston was born and the rest is history.❤️
