Our Crockpot Chili is a client favorite because it can be made in advance, it's loaded with flavor, and highly versatile. Our Crockpot Chili is customizable; feel free to make substitutions. For example you could use black beans instead of kidney, or try ground buffalo or lean ground beef instead of turkey. For those feeding a family or group offer a variety of toppings, this way each person in your family is able to dress their chili to their own liking. Give it a try! 👇

Ingredients:
12-16 oz. cooked ground turkey breast* (or lean ground beef or buffalo)
2-3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese*
20 oz. fresh tomatoes, chopped
6 oz. green onions, chopped
6 oz. green bell peppers, chopped
1 cups bean of choice (red, black, pinto, navy, etc.)
1 pkg. McCormick’s Low sodium chili seasoning
½ to 3/4 cup water (or low sodium chicken broth)
*MRC Clients: refer to your menu for exact protein portion sizes. This recipe uses 3 servings of turkey breast and 1 serving of hard cheese

Instructions:
-Brown ground turkey in skillet.
-Add all ingredients to a crock pot, reserving some shredded cheese if you want to top it with more cheese before eating.
-Turn crock pot on low and allow cooking for 2-3 hours.
-Add additional water/broth as needed to reach desired consistency.
-Divide into 4 equal servings and enjoy warm with any reserved shredded cheese

Makes 4 Servings | Serving Size: 1/4 recipe | One Serving Replaces: 1 protein, 1 vegetable, and 1 carbohydrate

Happy First Day of Fall!🍁To celebrate, we're bringing you this DELICIOUS and weight loss friendly fall treat! Give it a try!👇

Ingredients:
- 8 TBSP Grass-fed butter (1 stick)
- 32 packets of Truvia
- 2-3 TBSP of Almond Milk (or another non-dairy) Vanilla Flavored Creamer OR MRC Vanilla Ready Made Drink
- 8 cups air-popped popcorn

Instructions:
1. Spread air-popped popcorn out on a large nonstick cookie sheet. Note: for easier clean up, first place parchment paper or a silicone baking mat on the cookie sheet.
2. In a large saucepan, pour Truvia packets into an even layer, and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Whisk the Truvia constantly until it's fully melted. Note: at first, it's going to clump - keep whisking until it's fully melted! This usually takes about 10 minutes.
4. Once melted completely, you can stop stirring the Truvia and allow it to cook for a couple minutes more. If you prefer a deeper caramel flavor, allow it to cook until it's turned a dark amber color. Note: when the mixture comes close to "done" you may notice a nutty aroma alongside the change in color. Be careful, the color change will happen QUICKLY! So, don't let it go for too long or get too dark; otherwise, it will burn.
5. Remove the caramel from the heat and whisk in the grass-fed butter until combined. Note: the mixture will bubble up - this is okay! Keep whisking until the butter is fully melted and incorporated.
6. Whisk in the Non-Dairy Vanilla Creamer or MRC Vanilla Ready to Drink 1 TBSP at a time until it's well incorporated. Note: it will start to thin out (and become a more drizzle-able consistency) as you reach the end of 2 and 3 TBSP.
7. Drizzle evenly over the popcorn. You can enjoy immediately or allow it to sit for a little bit (we like it both ways). Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight tin or container.

Makes 8 Servings | Serving Size: 1 cup popcorn
*One Serving Replaces: 1 healthy fat, 1 carbohydrate, daily sugar-free sweetener on your MRC program.

Our Buffalo Chicken dip is a client favorite! And soon to be yours too! This recipe takes the classic appetizer and makes it into a delicious low-fat alternative! Super easy meal prep, with only five ingredients, it’ll take no time to whip up! It's the perfect dish to bring to every football tailgate, dinner party, or holiday function! No one will have a clue that your yummy appetizer is weight loss friendly! Give it a try! 👇

Ingredients:
- 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
- 1 pkg ranch dressing (dry)
- ¼ c. Frank’s Wing Sauce
- 13 oz can of chicken breast meat, drained
- ½ c. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
-Blend the cottage cheese in the blender until smooth
-Add in the chicken, ranch seasoning and wing sauce, blend again
-Pour into 13x9 Pam sprayed Pam sprayed pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
-Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 8 Servings | 1 Serving Replaces 4 oz protein on your MRC program (divide dip into 8 even portions)
