What my clients have to say:
Erika offers a unique and very effective massage technique. Her Deep Foot Bar massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. Having raced triathlons for over 20 years, I have had my fair share of massages and I found that her technique was able to work muscles in a deeper, yet pain free way. I highly recommend you try it ! -Mike C, Breckenridge, CO

Struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome? Massage could be a key to relief! 🙌💖
Researchers have determined something massage therapists already knew: the combination of massage and trigger-point therapy is a viable treatment option for carpal tunnel syndrome.
For the study, 21 participants received 30 minutes of massage, including trigger-point therapy, twice a week for six weeks, for their carpal tunnel syndrome, which the authors described as "a common peripheral entrapment that causes neuralgia in the median nerve
distribution of the hand."
Carpal tunnel questionnaires, and the Phalen, Tinel, and two-point discrimination tests provided outcome assessment, according to an abstract published on www.pubmed.gov.
"The results demonstrated significant change in symptom severity and functional status from two weeks," the authors noted.
"Massage therapy as an effective treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome" was published in the Journal of Bodywork & Movement Therapies.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov PubMed comprises more than 25 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.
Helping athletes get the most from their bodies and the most enjoyment of their sport is one of Erika's specialties ~ She is certified in neuromuscular as well as sports massage. Check out this testimonial from a dedicated crossfitter client:
"I have been an avid Crossfitter for over five years and have put a lot of wear and tear on my body from injuries. Therefore. I have begun getting several massages as well as visiting the chiropractor each month over the past six months. My issues I face always seem to linger and never truly go away. After visiting with Erika Tobias at Kingdom Massage today I can say for the first time that my body not only feels relief, but also feels great! Her technique is incredible and I feel amazing!"
Erika recently received this outstanding testimonial from longtime client Peter Rockrise 💖👐 :
“Absolutely the best. For the past three years, my sessions with Erika have immensely improved my enjoyment of my ski vacations to Breck, as well as increasing my knowledge of the muscles used in skiing. Being a skier for 59 years, I love the familiar stiff and tired “body buzz” after a day on the mountain, and these session with Erica transform that recovery period into a weightless, floating sensation. A total professional, she has chased down very specific areas of fatigue/stress, and also gives a wonderful full body massage. The skis days following a session I am more flexible, livelier with my technique, have more explosive power, and I am less fatigued. Great location, parking and lovely studio with natural light. She has been very accommodating, when able, to find a same day appointment time. A perfect world would include sessions with Erika every other day.”
