This is such a real and raw conversation I’m having with my boyfriend before going to bed. We’ve been in each other’s orbit since the early-mid 2000s, like 2005 or 2006
Since then we only passed each other in different phases of life while he worked at a local burger spot from our home city.
Meaning this man has seen me pregnant 3x and somehow still wanted something to do with me lmao. I say that because so many ladies mentally think “am I still worthy of love after having kids”
My answer- HELL FUXKING YEAH!!
Even the single dads deserve to be loved!
I’m sharing this to break this wall down of imposter syndrome I feel but also to put myself out there and get over this fear that has been grasping a hold on me for too long
I’m ready to let go of this feeling of fear
I’m ready to stop doubting myself
I’m ready to start living with full intentions and confidence in creating, crafting and manifesting the life I want to not just live but provide for myself first and for this community that has been nothing short of my family!

Last weekend I was hit with a mean stomach bug. I’m better now but I ended up recording myself ranting about it and the shower filter I’m currently using .
You can see around my mouth a bit of the dryness and eczema wanting to flare, due to lack of hydration because of puking.

After 10+ years of TSW and over $1,000 wasted on stuff that didn’t work, here’s the list I wish someone handed me at the start.
What’s actually worth your money — shower filters, body wash, the moisturizer stack, the real sealer (not Vaseline, not Aquaphor, I said what I said). What to skip. And the truth about food that no “eat these 5 superfoods” post will tell you: there’s no universal list. We all have different triggers. I healed by cooking real food with intention. Like my Nicaraguan favorite dish called gallo pinto, rice + beans, the meals that bring me back to my roots.
⚠️ On the steroid creams: this isn’t anti-medicine. Short-term, derm-guided use has its place. What I’m saying no to is long-term reliance. Meaning using them most of your life. That’s what got me to TSW. Steroids suppress, they don’t address the root cause. I’d rather feel everything than numb it.
