Behind the scenes at Purple Penny this weekend! 🧼✨ While everyone else was firing up the grill, we were firing up the soap molds — 36 loaves poured, which comes out to 360 bars curing on the racks right now! It took 35 lbs of olive oil and almost as much tallow to get there. Speaking of which… our tallow bars will be back in stock in August, so keep an eye out! What’s your go-to Purple Penny scent this time of year?

We’ve got big plans for the July 4th weekend — and they involve a 50 lb block of cocoa butter. 🧈

While everyone else is firing up the grill, we’ll be firing up the soap pot for a big manufacturing weekend here at Purple Penny. Breaking down bulk ingredients, scaling up batches, and stocking up so you’ll have plenty of beautiful bars to choose from this summer.

It’s the kind of work that smells absolutely amazing and makes us very popular at family gatherings. 😄
