Hello friends! On a day like today, it feels right to share where our name really comes from. Purple Penny Soap Co. is named for two things close to Amy’s heart: her favorite color, and her 5 lb toy poodle, Penny Lane — named after the Beatles song. 💜

So every bar we make carries a little piece of that story. Penny may be small, but she’s big on soap-making supervision (mostly naps and the occasional PUF - Penny Under Foot in the kitchen when Mom’s making soap).
