Meet Ella. Or, for many of you, re-meet the powerhouse behind our clinic. 🤍

Ella’s one-year anniversary at Spruce is nearing, and with so many new faces here, it’s time I properly brag on her.

I joke that she’s the younger version of me, but there’s truth to it. She has the work ethic, obsession with getting things right, and desire to understand WHY we do what we do instead of simply following instructions.

And when I say this girl has experience, I mean EXPERIENCE. Don’t let her age fool you.

Over the past year, Spruce grew dramatically.

Ella understood the assignment.

Her days mean treating 15–17 microneedling patients back-to-back, and that pace demands a lot. But whether you’re her first patient or her last, you get the same energy, attention and ridiculous level of detail. No rushing. No cutting corners. Ever.

In just ONE YEAR, Ella has performed THOUSANDS of microneedling treatments and written THOUSANDS of individualized skincare protocols.

She is the cutest, fiercest little firecracker you will EVER meet.

Thirteen years ago, I was a brand-new, first-year aesthetician… and this woman intimidated the absolute HELL out of me. 😂

I remember her walking out after that first appointment and thinking:

“Well… I’ll never see her again.”

Apparently I did something right. 😂

Because 13 years later, she’s still making that drive.

And somehow…

she just keeps aging backwards. 🔥

7+ YEARS OLDER… AND SOMEHOW SHE KEEPS AGING IN REVERSE. 👀

She was pigment-free within her first few months with Spruce. But that was never the finish line.

For 7+ years, she’s continued monthly microneedling + customized skincare protocols that evolve as her skin evolves. Even in maintenance, we strategically boost her protocol when her skin is ready for the next level…which explains why she’s a little pink here. That will subside.
