I always weighed 110-115lbs until I turned 29!! I have yo-yo dieted since, and every time to gain it back with an additional 5-10lbs! I have always blamed my hormones. I had a partial hysterectomy at the age of 21!
I did a plan around 4 years ago that worked, and I maintained, until I had some huge family losses. In less then 3 months, I gained it all back and then some! I swore no more Weight loss stuff, I am tired of strict diets not allowing fruits and some vegetables, and taking multiple supplements.
