My toxic trait is thinking “I’ll slow down after this week” every single week. 😂💗

Between business, NP school, kids, life + approximately 47 ideas running through my head at all times… I don’t think I came with an off switch.

If I’m honest… I still miss bedside nursing.

I miss my coworkers.
I miss my patients.
I miss celebrating every first step after orthopedic surgery.

Leaving wasn’t easy. 💕

But every chapter has a purpose. The compassion, critical thinking, and patient-centered care I learned at the bedside are the same things I bring into every appointment today.

Today I still care for people—just in a different way. And every patient I meet reminds me that confidence can be healing too.

Nursing will always be my foundation. 🤍
