If you wake up every morning and see new zits here are 3 things you can do to help reduce the amount you get.
Number 1:
Wash your pillow case regularly, your pillow case can harbor so much bacteria and if you don’t wash it consistently that filth can be transferred right back on your face. No matter how many showers you take your pillow case can be holding you back.
Number 2:
Change your pillow case to a silk one. If you have a rough pillow case it can be tugging on your skin and making it more irritated, get a silk one so it’s gentler on your skin. Google AI said:
”Silk pillowcases benefit acne-prone skin by reducing friction, which minimizes inflammation and irritation on existing breakouts.”
Number 3:
Try your best not to sleep fully on the side of your face, sleep like a solider. Sleeping on the side of your face can be irritating, especially if you have a rough pillow case. Google AI said:
”The constant rubbing and pressure of your face against fabric can irritate the skin and clog pores.”
