My recommendation: 6–12 months in advance for peak wedding season (especially spring/fall in Florida).

Why?
• Popular dates fill up fast.
• It gives you plenty of time to secure your preferred artist, schedule a relaxed trial, and lock in the exact vision.
• Last-minute availability is limited and often more expensive.

If you’re planning a more intimate or off-season wedding, 3–6 months can still work beautifully. I always do my best to accommodate heartfelt “I do” timelines.
