Due to so much chemo in my past, when the weather changes, my bones hurt😣. My hands and wrists throb from the inside out! I really love ❤️ me for making this SAUCE! The mustard oil (yes! Mustard oil) in it warms and helps with inflammation. It really helps, and the Sandalwood essential oil in it, soothes the senses 😉
