Together, we’ll reflect, grow, and practice new ways of showing up — with grace for ourselves and one another.

The next cohort of Confessional Community group therapy will begin in January - registration is now open! This is a safe, supportive space to explore deeper parts of your story leading to healthier relationships, growth, healing, freedom from old patterns, and spiritual formation.

When: 12-weekly sessions beginning Thursday January 8 from 7-9pm
Who: Open to adults 18+

Kim brings clinical and personal experience in a wide variety of spheres including parenting (she’s a mom of 5!), divorce, blended families, abuse, spirituality, and religious trauma.

A new group offering this fall -

Disorientation, confusion, devastation, and deep grief are common experiences women face when p**n, affairs, addictions, lying, and other forms of betrayal are discovered or disclosed. Led by myself and Haley Joseph, artist and betrayal trauma survivor, this group will combine traditional group therapeutic techniques and art as an expression of pain AND the beauty that is possible as we heal in community with others.
