Finishing off this round of heavy’s with a little mini team lift. Scott Pope , Yesenia Contreras and I on the EARLY morning crew today.

Yesi hit some new big ass numbers she didn’t expect. Was great to see.

It’s always fun battling with guys like Scott Pope . I absolutely LOVE to lift and train with people who lift more than me. It’s motivating as all hell to push to be better than I was the day before. On and off the platform. Don’t compare what you do to others. Focus on self betterment, always.

Following this cycles trend of extra reps, what was supposed to be 570x1 ended up as a 570x2, a new PR DOUBLE! Deload next week and a little bit of deadlift fun to come!

No better way to start the week than a killer leg day with Scott Pope.

After 3x3 squats, decided to push 8 rep sets on the vertical. Finished off with 920 for 8. OF COURSE Meg Roberts was in the background yelling at us lol

RIP Legs.

First week of the next program phase. The 5 Rep weeks are BRUTAL!!!

It’s a wonder what some sleep, some great protein and Shroombiosis coffee from Die Tryin Co. , and some Mile Supplements 🇺🇸 pre workout can accomplish.

Was supposed to finish with a 510x5 top set. Was feeling spicy thanks to my favorite cheerleader Meg Roberts and ended with with a bonus 6th rep.

Overall good deadlift/ham/glute day!
