Where do you carry tension?
I have his conversation once a month since moving to California. It’s kind of crazy how this profession is still so misunderstood.
The term Masseuse is a slight insult to every therapist I know because of the connotation attached to it. We aren’t offended by those who don’t know, but it does get tiring educating the public on what should be a basic courtesy.
I have more than 30 years of degrees, certifications, experience and 2 state licenses. Your massage therapist should be trained and educated like every other medical practitioner in my opinion.
