🚨 BREAKING: No Fines or Penalties for Missing BOI Filing! 🚨

U.S. citizens and businesses will NOT be subject to fines or penalties for failing to file Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports after new reporting deadlines are set, according to the U.S. Treasury.

✅ Last week, FinCEN stated that new BOI reporting deadlines would be announced no later than March 21.
✅ Now, Treasury confirms that no enforcement actions will be taken against U.S. citizens or domestic reporting companies after the upcoming rule changes.
✅ The rule will be narrowed to apply only to foreign reporting companies moving forward.

The BOI requirements were initially introduced under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) of 2021, but today's decision is a win for small businesses, removing burdensome regulations on over 32 million businesses.
