Forever Golden & Co.

This journey has been about so much more than changing my body. 🤍 It’s been about showing up for myself, building discipline, pushing through the days I didn’t feel motivated, and learning to appreciate every stage of the process.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m also incredibly grateful for the people who have encouraged me, supported me, celebrated the little wins, and reminded me to keep going. 🫶🏽 Your love and support have meant more than you know.

Still growing. Still working. Still becoming stronger mentally and physically. ✨💪🏽

Here’s to continuing to choose myself, one day at a time 🙏💖
