My guys built me a plate tree for my birthday! I’ve needed storage for the bumper plates in my gym forever and the guys surprised me with this yesterday. My son even added some flair by stenciling all of our initials on it. 🥰❤️ @ Castle Rock, Colorado

Hey y’all! Today we have workout number 20 and the final workout in this series. This will NOT be the final content that I put out however. I will continue to release content consistently in the form of single exercises, supersets or fun innovations that you can add to the existing workouts. Be sure to save them all so you can keep them! (Belated) Mother’s Day workout! We tackled this one as a family. I’ve been a mom for 17 years so we started the workout with 17 driveway laps (just short of 100m each), finished with a 1700m row, and in between did 17 reps of 17 different exercises. And, much like motherhood - it was hard, I might have wanted to cry at one point, I wasn’t stopping for anything, I gave it my all, I’m better for having done it, and I’m very glad I did it. The before and after photos tell the tale. 😂💪🏻💦🥵❤️

No sandbag? No problem! Use a big bag of dog food or a sack of potatoes to get the job done. You can fashion handles out of kitchen twine or bungee cords. Innovation y’all!

May the 4th be with you!! We’re going to play with the numbers 5 and 4 in our quick but effective workout today. Perform 54 reps of each of these 5 exercises. Repeat for 5 rounds as fast as you can. Time yourself and then see if you can beat your time down the road! 💪🏻💗

What kind of face did your workout look like today?? This is mine. Very red. Very sweaty. Not pretty, but so necessary! I ❤️ Colorado winters. Truly. But these warm, sunny days have given my workouts the boost they needed. Here’s what today’s workout was:
