Bumblebee Lotus

Back in March I started building a private mental health group and told nobody about it. Today, I'm finally opening the doors. Why today? Cuz it feels right and cuz if I don't it may be March next year when I get the balls to do it. 😅🫣

The world is hard enough without feeling like you have to carry everything alone. This group was created to be a safe space for people to talk about the heavy s**t, celebrate the wins, vent when life sucks, and remind each other that we're not alone.

No judgment. No bullying. No pretending everything is fine when it isn't. Just real people supporting real people.

Full disclosure: this is my first attempt at running a Facebook group, so I honestly have no idea what I'm doing yet. 😂 I'm sure there will be some trial and error as we grow, but my heart is in the right place and I truly hope we can build something special together.

Because my hubby and I are anime nerds and obsessed with One Piece, I wanted to do something unique for him for Father’s Day this year. I knew I needed Bailey to help me with it due to her being an anime nerd as well. 😆🫶🏼

We started plotting this back in February I believe and he had NO IDEA. 👏🏼 He really just thought I would run away to say hi and come back with snacks every time so we pulled it off perfectly!!

So I ordered these for Father’s Day and they showed up YESTERDAY… but hey, they technically arrived before Father’s Day, right? 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Did you need to grab something last min for your dad or hubby?? Or need one for yourself? These little can coolers are only $4 and who doesn’t love Billy Madison?! (Shh if you don’t- nobody hates on Billy here 🤣)

I’m doing my best to make it thru the day today without my dad and sending love and digital hugs to anyone else feeling the same. We got this. 🫶🏼

Side note… it absolutely took me til 3pm to realize this is HAPPY GILMORE… not Billy Madison. Where was my person to call me out?! 😆😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m clearly not with it today!!

Mother Nature isn’t cooperating with our plans tonight. Due to the incoming weather, we have to cancel tonight's Rock the Block. 😭

We are looking into potential reschedule dates and will post updates right here as soon as we have them.

Can we take a moment for the Swear Bears tho?? Not at all kid appropriate but my inner child needs at least one of each for at home on my fridge 😆

Since I’ve had multiple customers come buy them in sets I did some of the work for ya and packaged them all cute. Best part, they don’t cost more cuz of packaging… it’s my lil gift to you. 🙃

There’s bookmarks, pens that are even worse (or better, depends on your sense of humor) in a “Adult Eyes Only” box, pens that are somewhat normal, keychains, bracelets, wall hangings, crystal trays, resin jars… I’ve got a lil bit of all of it!

Soooo… I’m moving extremely slow this morning for some reason. My body is sore and I’m just plain exhausted. I woke up at 630 and said nooope and went back to sleep “for an hour”, only to wake up in an absolute panic at 930 to have a napkin tossed at me and be told “I got this, take your time, but don’t leave me all day” by my husband as he was headed out the door to my shop. 🫶🏼

That man isn’t taken for granted (even tho he may feel otherwise at times) and it’s little s**t like him saying “I got this” that makes him my person.
A family came by yesterday and the kids asked where he was and acted almost as if they were disappointed he wasn’t there. It was so cute.

If ya stop by the shop before I happen to get there, say hi and tell him “Amy says kids get a free mini bee today” and show him this post! 😆🫶🏼 kinda wanna see if this works… open til 4pm today!!

Father’s Day is quickly approaching… and if your kids are anything like mine were when they were little, they want to find cute things for their dad. Even if it’s something like a plush toy. My husband still has most that were given to him… and our kids are teenagers now.

Palm pals got restocked this morning! The corn is back!! There’s currently 12 since the 3 I had the first time sold out in the first day!! They go great with a case of Busch Lite and some beef jerky. 😆👏🏼

Newest addition is the cardinal… if you’ve been reading my posts you’ll know what significance this holds for me on Father’s Day. I kept one for myself but there’s 3 left for other humans to grab. ❤️

While my shop may be heavily women focused, I DO have stuff for guys… and plan on bringing more in but I’m not a guy sooo it’s been lots of research and I’m open to suggestions.
