Cedar Rapids kinda crunchy moms

I saw this comment earlier while scrolling that said “Can we start communities where we can all live and help each other out?? One family bakes bread, one family sews, one does veggies ( canning) and we all trade everything to each other. Home school our kids together.. like an Amish culture does”

and although this is far fetched, i realized i was not aware of a local group to share small, non toxic tips or ideas that may add up and provide knowledge and resources for our community to fight against harmful ingredients, products or even just find a local with fresh eggs and produce here and there to trade a loaf of sourdough with 😌😌

this ultimately led me to create this page - a free space for locals to share fresh products, grocery finds, canning tips, trading fresh goods, ETC
