My Name is Connie Quaas. I have been licensed in Massage Therapy since 1996 and Esthetics since 2004. I also taught and directed in Esthetics.
Over the years I have worked in Day Spas and have taught in massage therapy. I am blessed to be able to provide therapeutic, healing, and relaxing treatments. I am grateful to be able to provide services that benefit clients physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We all love some sunshine, but when we get too much-yikes! I am going to share the tips I think help the most! If you do end up sunburnt take milk and dip thru paper towels, then place on areas that need it. Keep redipping in milk and continuing for about 15 minutes! This helps not only pull the heat out but also reduce the redness significantly! Tried and true- ask my kids! The next best thing is menthol shave cream- apply to burnt areas before showering, this will help the water feel cooler and not so stingy when showering! I sure hope none of you do get burnt, but if you do these will certainly help!!
