Don't rush to yoga. And don't rush during yoga. Join me on Thursdays at 6pm for Mindful Movement. This hybrid ( use a mat, a chair or both) yoga class combines elements of somatic and subtle yoga. It promotes awareness and supports the mind and the body, while calming the nervous system.
