With warmer weather, more sweating, and outdoor activities don’t neglect your skin! From head to toe you should be exfoliating, hydrating, and protecting. When wearing heavy sunscreen swimming or sweating make sure you are cleansing correctly to avoid any dead skin buildup and/or breakouts!

For after hikes or pool days I love to do a cold shower, triple cleanse, body scrub or manual exfoliation of some type, followed by hydration (apply your favorite body serums and lotions) and an oil to lock in more moisture!

For face ice after long days to reduce inflammation and breakouts, apply hydrating serums along with your pigment control (tyrosine inhibitors) to reduce any heat induced pigmentation.

Peel season here in Arizona includes Fall and Winter. With that being said, September is a great month to reboot your home care and prep your skin for a peel with an in studio treatment. All clients who want to do peels and are eligible must be on certain products to ensure skin keeps its health and integrity while undergoing skin revision.

If you have not been in studio in the last 90 days, please schedule a "New Client Custom Treatment" so we can go over home care and treatment plan moving forward.

Peel season here in Arizona is around the corner!
(Late september)
For current clients, new clients, those who are interested in skin revision… you MUST prep!

1. Book a New Client Custom Treatment - this allows us to go over your skin goals, home care, daily lifestyle etc. and what peel(s) may be best for you! This is when you will purchase home care to prep your skin & use 2x daily!

2. Some clients may need home care only and some I may suggest coming in for a few treatments prior to your peel. This all depends on the state of your skin currently

3. Come in for your peel! We go over pre/post homework & adjust your routine accordingly. I may suggest a follow up 15 minute consult or a treatment to ensure you are comfortable and feeling confident after your treatment!
