Be infectious.

People in our day to day lives have their own ups and downs. Who am I to say “keep that bad energy to yourself” ? If I have called someone close to me and my heart or they are on my path I believe God has purposed me for something to them. There is always purpose behind who and what is before us good and bad.

I will gladly listen to your downside and I will grow thankful for what I have and with humility and true love I will walk alongside you and push you because as you journey through the rut I too will benefit and learn just as you are learning by a whole lesson that I can also apply to my own life.

We need to have this selfless mentality in life. Too many of us have allowed out pain to build walls and conceited mindsets that stop us from really showing strangers love when love is all any person ever needs.

Wisdom is important… however, balance is essential. Don’t forget to listen and love your neighbor with the Love that God Himself gave you and continued to give you… even when you least expect it.

•what doesn’t honor me.
•What doesn’t respect me.
•What doesn’t love me… as I am and trust in my journey.

What I am learning is that just because we hold onto something… doesn’t make it good for us. At some point we have to let go of things that just don’t want to be in our grasp in order to truly find things of authentic and extensive value.

What everyone calls self love I call character development and self growth.

I personally don’t think we need a reminder to love ourselves because I believe we are all naturally a bit selfish and we need to focus more so on loving others and that requires building a genuine strong confident kind character within ourselves… aka self development which comes from a firm foundation that which we pull our own moral and world views from.

There are lots of complexities in life but at the end of the day life can be summed up pretty easily… with a humble heart…. Love others like yourself… truly.

Pride keeps us from having genuine breakthroughs and from acquiring the reality we desire the most.

It’s funny because one major thing I have been learning is that in order for things to be blessed and positive we just let go of trying to control… I tend to try to control things and it’s silly because I cannot make something absolutely mind blowing happen I can only create what I know so letting go leaves opportunity and room for new positive adventures to unfold. It’s funny how life works itself out like that.

Anyways today I choose to let go. Today I choose to live in this very moment in fullness without overthinking how this very moment may add up with previous or future ones. I choose to be free. 💃🏼

Make sure you don’t see your worth through the lens of those who don’t value you.

Know your worth even if they don’t.

Some people are only loyal to their need of you, once their needs changes so does their loyalty.

Respect yourself enough to remove such toxic people.

When a boy doesn’t value you in the moment.. he doesn’t deserve you period.

I smile because my worth is found within… I don’t need outside forces to know that I am the anomaly for someone very special.

🎗 You Are Only As Strong As You Believe You Are 🎗

Each and every one of us have obstacles we overcome… some are more public than others but all are equally as daunting none the less. Every circumstance that meets our day to day reality is an opportunity for us to choose growth or giving up all of our potential.

Why allow anything steal away your dreams, hopes, and goals? I rather succeed and bring purpose to the pain. Use the pain/struggle as kindling for the fire within you. Allow it to be your drive. Think about others going through stuff equal or even worse than you… would you encourage them to quit or would you push them to fight?

Look at yourself and speak to yourself as you would a child in the hospital facing cancer. Tell your “cancer” enough is enough and you can’t have me.

Don’t quit. Keep pushing. You got this.

We’re all survivors…. Simply surviving the day to day.

Praise God for the breath in your lungs and allow your smile and hope to be contagious.
