You don't need a runner's body.

You don't need fancy equipment.

You don't need to already be able to walk 3.1 miles.

And you definitely don't have to finish before everybody else.

Come as you are.

I'm on my own health journey, and I'm building myself up to walk this 5K too.

So if you're nervous about signing up because you don't think you're “ready,” you might be exactly who I want walking beside me.

Let's work toward it together.

We don't have to be ready today. We just have to start.

2027 BUSINESS SHOWERS RECRUITMENT IS STARTING EARLY!💗💚

If you joined our Early Registration Waitlist here’s what happens next:

✨ We will screen your application.
✨ If you meet the minimum qualifications, you’ll receive an invitation to interview.
✨ To schedule your interview and move forward in the selection process, you’ll submit the $100 application fee.

✨ Then, you’ll complete your interview and the remaining selection process.

The application fee helps us ensure that those moving into the interview phase are serious about participating and ready to move forward.

And remember: spaces are limited. Once they fill up, they fill up!👀

We’ve already started reviewing applications and sending out pre-qualification and interview invitations, so if you’re on that Early Registration Waitlist, keep an eye on your inbox!
