Thanksgiving Snaps 📸

Grateful for another holiday with my healthy family. That is EVERYTHING. And yes I brought pre made mashed potatoes don’t judge me my family actually loves these! 🤣❤️

My sister hosted this year! Thankful to her and look forward to hosting everyone in our “new” home next year. ❤️🙏🏻

Every year since 2018, we have collected new toys for hospitalized children in honor of my son Jennings and all the nights he had to spend during the holidays at Hemby Children’s Hospital 🙏🏻❤️

This is our 8th year & our hope is continue the tradition of bringing a little light and joy to sick children this year. We know there are many needs in our community, but if you’ve ever spent time in a hospital, especially during the holidays you know how much these small gifts can truly mean.

Toys can be purchased off our Amazon wishlist and will be sent directly to us. We will deliver the toys to the hospital in mid December!

so much has happened in the last several weeks! Framing, windows, plumbing has begun & new stairs were put in! Plumbing has begun and we’re meeting with electrician next week! We were so thankful to get DAYS of sun to get this far!

Day 42 of our home addition ❤️🙏🏻 🏡

Framing began this week and came up fast. This weekend we were able to stand in our new “great room” and finally visualize and see what we’ve pretty much been imagining for about 2 years. Framing on the second story of the addition should complete this week and windows in soon too. I CAN’T WAIT to see our great room windows be put in and hope they are everything I have been dreaming of. You really can’t go wrong with that view. 🌳

I can’t wait to be back home, making this house a home and building new memories together! So much work still ahead, but hope abounds ❤️🙏🏻

Beach Week photo dump ☀️ 🌊 😄

It was our 4th consecutive year in Ocean Isle & it was so restorative to get away and get away from the hustle & hustle of real life! We didn’t plan it this way but it ended up to be the week before we are packing up the house to move out for our home addition. So that break before this next full and new season was aptly timed. ❤️ 🙏🏻
