Honestly about what it feels like to go after my dream of having my own daytime show…

Because for years, my life made sense.

I was a cosmetic tattoo artist. I built businesses. I taught, spoke on stages. I created products. I knew what I was good at, “aha” moments for other people, I knew how to make money from it, and people understood who I was.

And now I’m choosing a dream that makes almost no sense on paper…

I’m an immigrant. English isn’t my first language. I didn’t come from television. I’m taking acting classes, trying PR strategies, different styles, and trying to enter a world where nobody is waiting for me….

And sometimes I’m scared that I’m trying too hard.

That I’ll spend years pushing this dream… and it still won’t happen.

Or maybe even scarier: that everyone will watch me want it this badly, and then watch me fail.

Because it’s one thing to secretly have a crazy dream.
It’s another thing to say it out loud and start reorganizing your life around it.

And I don’t have the inspirational ending yet.

I’m in the part where I genuinely don’t know if it’s going to work.
I just know that going back to only doing what I already know how to do feels scarier than finding out…and I’ve been in that circle before. Many times. When I moved across the globe, when after being a housekeeper I started this career...now I’m in that transition again

She told me exactly what she sees when she looks in the mirror 💔

And I knew what I could do…

We started with her lips, rebuilding what was lost, restoring the shape, bringing back something that used to feel like her.

But somewhere through this process, I realized I don’t want to show you the reveal yet.

Because this was never going to be just about her lips.

If we’re going to help Liz recognize herself again, I want to give her the whole experience.
