I’m loving my partnership with as we continue to work with our lovely seniors at the West Charlotte Recreation Center. Thank you for having us. We had a great time discussing ways to Beat the Heat! We sampled refreshing treats and discussed useful tips that will keep us healthy and safe throughout the season.

My client said her ears felt clogged and felt pressure in her head. So I said let’s try some ear candling. This is after the candle have burned down and we open up the remains to see what’s inside. This is two of the four that were burned. You can’t get this much out with a cotton swab.
