💙 Meet Antwon Patterson, owner of A Touch Of Twon in Studio 118 at Sola Salons UNCC!
Antwon’s passion for hair began at just eight years old, and more than nine years of professional experience later, that passion continues to shape his work. Specializing in natural haircare and protective styling, he’s dedicated to helping his clients look and feel their best while creating an experience that goes beyond the chair.
As a first-generation university student, Antwon was able to use his talent for hair to help fund his college education. Along the way, he also challenged expectations as a male in a traditionally women-dominated industry, turning his passion into a career that has opened countless doors.
Today, he’s bringing that passion and expertise to the Charlotte community at A Touch Of Twon, where quality haircare and an elevated salon experience come together. ✨

💙 This month's Sola Spotlight is Thavez Jeter, proud owner of Jeter's Barber Studio at Sola Salons Mooresville!
Thavez's journey into barbering began in an unexpected way. While deployed with the Marine Corps, he grew frustrated with the quality of barbershop cuts, so he started cutting his own hair. What began as a necessity quickly turned into a passion, and four years later, he's built a career doing what he loves.
After deciding it was time to grow his own brand, Thavez joined Sola in June 2026 to create a welcoming space where kids, families, and clients of all ages could feel comfortable. Having his own studio has given him the freedom to build the kind of environment he always envisioned.
What excites Thavez most about being at Sola is seeing kids light up when they walk into his studio. Creating a fun, inviting experience for every client is what drives him, and he's excited to continue growing his business in a space that's truly his own.
