We often experience guilt as momsâŠ
And letâs be honestâsometimes it feels like it comes with the title.
Guilt for not being patient enough.
Guilt for snapping when weâre overwhelmed.
Guilt for choosing work, choosing rest, choosing ourselves.
Guilt for not doing âenough.â
Guilt for doing âtoo much.â
If youâre a mom, you know exactly what Iâm talking about.
đđ»đ± đ”đČđżđČâđ đđ”đźđ đâđđČ đčđČđźđżđ»đČđ± đźđŻđŒđđ đŽđđ¶đčđâŠ
It is not healthy to carry it around.
But it is a powerful catalyst for change.
We usually feel guilt because we acted or reacted in a way that didnât align with the mom, woman, or person we want to be.
đđ»đ± đ¶đ» đșđ đČđ
đœđČđżđ¶đČđ»đ°đČ, đđŒđ đžđ»đŒđ đđ”đ đđČ đžđČđČđœ đłđČđČđčđ¶đ»đŽ đđ”đźđ đđźđșđČ đŽđđ¶đčđ đŒđđČđż đźđ»đ± đŒđđČđż đźđŽđźđ¶đ»?
Because we keep showing up the same way.
We keep reacting the same way.
We keep choosing the same patterns.
So the guilt just⊠stays.
Do I carry guilt around with me? No.
And when I notice it creeping in, I ask myself:
âWhy am I feeling this?â
âWhat is this trying to show me?â
âWhat needs to change here?â
And Iâll be honestâŠ
I deeply respect myself for this.
I respect that I donât ignore guilt.
I respect that I donât numb it.
I respect that I donât beat myself up for it.
I feel it.
I get curious about it.
And then I change.
đđČđ°đźđđđČ đŽđđ¶đčđ đ°đźđ» đŽđŒ đŒđ»đČ đŒđł đđđŒ đđźđđâŠ
It can lead to shameâŠ
Or it can lead to growth.
And that part?
Thatâs our choice.
We donât have to spiral.
We donât have to self-attack.
We donât have to carry it like a weight on our chest.
We can let it be information.
We can let it be feedback.
We can let it guide us into becoming calmer, more patient, more present, more aligned.
I truly believe guilt isnât meant to punish us.
Itâs meant to point us.
And I also believe that the highest version of usâthe calm mom, the confident woman, the emotionally grounded leader of our homesâ
is built through these exact moments.

Things I will NEVER teach my kids about foodâŠ
I will never teach them that there are âgood foodsâ and âbad foods.â
đ I will teach them that all food is fuel and every food serves a purpose.
I will never teach them to reward themselves with food.
đ I will teach them how to celebrate, cope, and self-soothe without using food.
I will never teach them that calories are bad.
đ I will teach them that calories are simply energy⊠and their bodies need energy to grow, learn, play, and thrive.
I will never teach them how to diet.
đ I will teach them how to eat healthfully for life.
I will never teach them how to lose weight.
I will never teach them how to lose weight.
đ I will teach them how to become strong, healthy, and fit.
I will never teach them to deprive themselves of foods they enjoy.
đ I will teach them balance, moderation, and confidence around food.

She sat on the edge of her bed one morning, pulling at her jeans and fighting back tears.
She hadnât gained weight.
But nothing had changed either.
For over a year she had been doing đŠđ·đŠđłđșđ”đ©đȘđŻđš đłđȘđšđ©đ” â
Going to the gym 4â5 days a week
Sweating hard
Burning calories
âEating healthyâ
Saying no to dessert
Trying to be disciplined
And yetâŠ
The scale wouldnât move.
Her clothes didnât fit any differently.
Her belly still felt uncomfortable and bloated.
She told me later,
âI just felt stupid for trying so hard and getting nowhere.â
So she quit.
Not because she was lazy.
Not because she didnât care.
But because she genuinely believed her body đ«đ¶đŽđ” đžđąđŽđŻâđ” đźđŠđąđŻđ” đ”đ° đ€đ©đąđŻđšđŠ đąđŻđșđźđ°đłđŠ.
When she first reached out to me months later, she was hesitant.
She said,
âIâm scared to start because what if this is just another thing that doesnât work? Iâve already been working out and eating healthy⊠and nothing changed for a year.â
And hereâs the truth I gently helped her see:
đŠđ”đČ đđźđđ»âđ đłđźđ¶đčđ¶đ»đŽ.
đŠđ”đČ đđźđ đŽđđČđđđ¶đ»đŽ.
She was working hard â đŻđđ đđ¶đđ”đŒđđ đź đđđżđźđđČđŽđ.
Her workouts and her food werenât supporting each other.
Her body had no reason to respond differently.
Once we stopped guessing and started executing a đ°đčđČđźđż, đœđČđżđđŒđ»đźđčđ¶đđČđ± đđđżđźđđČđŽđ⊠everything changed.
Not magically.
Not overnight.
But inevitably.
Her energy came back first.
Then the bloat disappeared.
Then her clothes started fitting differently.
Then the scale finally followed.
She looked at me one check-in and said,
âWhy does this feel easier than everything Iâve tried before?â
Because it wasnât about doing more.
It was about doing the đłđȘđšđ©đ” đ”đ©đȘđŻđšđŽ for đ”đČđż đŻđŒđ±đ, đ”đČđż đ”đŒđżđșđŒđ»đČđ, đ”đČđż đčđ¶đłđČđđđđčđČ, đ”đČđż đșđŒđș-đčđ¶đłđČ.
Seeing changes to your body every week becomes inevitable when your effort is finally aligned.

I got chills when I learned this.
Not because of coincidence â but because of đ°đŒđ»đłđ¶đżđșđźđđ¶đŒđ».
As I reflected on Arise turning đ” đđČđźđżđ đŒđčđ±, I shared how much that number meant to me:
completion, refinement, fruit, judgment, growth.
The end of a cycle and the preparation for whatâs next.
But what I didnât know thenâŠ
was that đźđŹđźđ± đ¶đđđČđčđł đ¶đ đź đšđ»đ¶đđČđżđđźđč đŹđČđźđż đ”.
And when I read what that meant, everything clicked.
A Year 9 represents:
âą completion
âą release
âą endings
âą shedding what no longer aligns
âą closing chapters that served their purpose
Itâs the year where what đŻđŠđŠđ„đŽ to fall away⊠does.
Where God removes what you may have been holding onto too tightly.
Where refinement happens â not to punish you â but to prepare you.
And if Iâm being honest?
That is exactly what 2025 has been for me and for this business.
Things ended.
Things shifted.
Things that once felt ârightâ stopped fitting.
And space was created â sometimes painfully â for what is real, aligned, and God-led.
Then I looked ahead.
âš 2026 is a Universal Year 1. âš
And I felt it in my spirit immediately.
Year 1 represents:
âą a fresh start
âą a new chapter
âą creation
âą vision becoming action
âą stepping forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose
Not dreaming anymore.
Not waiting anymore.
đ đŒđđ¶đ»đŽ.
And Mama â I donât think this message is just for me.
I think there are so many of you who have been in your own âYear 9.â
Youâve been releasing old versions of yourself.
Letting go of habits, beliefs, patterns, and identities that no longer serve you.
Outgrowing comfort.
Feeling the weight of change â even when you didnât fully understand it.
And now⊠2026 is knocking.
A year that doesnât ask you to be perfect.
It asks you to be đŒđŻđČđ±đ¶đČđ»đ.
It asks you to đŻđČđŽđ¶đ».
To take the first step â even if you donât see the whole staircase yet.
You donât have to carry what no longer fits you into this next season.
You donât have to keep proving youâre ready.
You donât have to wait for confidence to magically appear.
Sometimes confidence comes đąđ§đ”đŠđł action.
So if God has been stirring something in youâŠ
If youâve felt the pull toward changeâŠ
If you know, deep down, that staying where you are is no longer an optionâŠ
Maybe 2026 isnât the year you âtry again.â
Maybe itâs the year you đđđźđżđ đłđżđČđđ” â on purpose.
And like the Phoenix in my logoâŠ
sometimes what rises isnât the old version made better â
but something entirely new, refined by fire and led by faith.
Hereâs to release.
Hereâs to new beginnings.
Hereâs to mamas who are ready to rise â with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Last night, I lit a few candles at the table.
The kids were laughing.
Everyone was hungry.
And dinner?
Chicken nuggets.
No separate âmom meal.â
No making 3 different meals and me eating something different in the corner.
Just me⊠sitting down⊠eating with my kids⊠đłđđčđčđ đœđżđČđđČđ»đ.
And hereâs the belief I want to gently break for you, Mama đ

This is exactly what I teach inside my đ đźđșđź đ đ¶đ±đđČđ°đđ¶đŒđ» đ đČđđ”đŒđ±.
How to eat in a way that supports fat loss without turning family meals into a stress fest.
How to stop fearing foods like chicken nuggets.
How to trust yourself around food again.
And yeah⊠learning this isnât always sexy to sell.
But you know what is sexy?
âš Sitting at the table with your family instead of standing at the counter
âš Being present instead of battling food noise
âš Not worrying about what one meal will do to the scale tomorrow
âš Showing your kids a healthy relationship with food â not another diet
Because your kids arenât watching what diet youâre on.
Theyâre watching how you live, how you talk about food, and how you talk about YOURSELF.
And the goal was never perfect eating.
The goal was freedom.
Freedom to lose the weight without losing yourself.
Freedom to enjoy food and your family.
If this is the kind of balance youâve been craving,
the đ đźđșđź đ đ¶đ±đđČđ°đđ¶đŒđ» đ đČđđ”đŒđ± was built for you.
