Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Crispy Flatbread Brie & Cranberries
Ingredients
2 flatbreads or naan
115g brie cheese, rind on, sliced ¼ inch about 4 oz
30g dried cranberries ~â…“ cup
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves + extra sprigs for garnish
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
Pinch flaky salt + cracked black pepper
